 I recently accepted the challenge of participating in Step Up for Valley to support lifesaving CPR training for our community. Step Up for Valley is a week-long virtual fitness challenge that encourages our community to get active, have fun, and raise money for The Valley Hospital. I’ve come to know the Valley Hospital community well over the years as they helped me navigate numerous family medical events.
