I recently accepted the challenge of participating in Step Up for Valley to support lifesaving cardiovascular care for women in our community through Valley Health System.

Step Up for Valley is a week-long virtual fitness challenge that encourages our community to get active, have fun, and raise money for The Valley Hospital.
