I recently accepted the challenge of participating in Step Up for Valley to support advancements in cancer care through the Valley-Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care Center. Step Up for Valley is a week-long virtual fitness challenge that encourages our community to get active, have fun, and raise money for The Valley Hospital.
